One all-in DDP price per order covers pick and pack, shipping, duties, taxes, customs clearance, final-mile delivery and tracking, with the same published rates for every client and no volume tiers or negotiated discounts. Your balance, activity and monthly statements are in your dashboard, in your currency.

Bring an idea, a design, a sample or stock you already own. Kexlo acts as your sourcing agent, finding, vetting and quoting the factory and directing production, or works with your own manufacturer. Production is followed through to finished goods, which are received into inventory and counted by SKU.

Factory pricing is passed to you without hidden margin or profit added on manufacturing, and samples and small pilot orders are welcome before you commit volume.

Orders arrive from your store on their own, are checked against stock and your account credit, then picked, packed and shipped worldwide. Kexlo ships from 4 warehouses in China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu and Hangzhou). Every order gets your own tracking code, written back to your store right after fulfillment, with alerts on key shipments. Orders are quality-checked before they ship. A lost parcel is reshipped free of charge, automatically. Every package is insured up to US$600 against damage or destruction.

Orders from received to delivered, stock per SKU, live tracking events for every parcel, sourcing requests and quotations, reorders, your credit and statements, and support tickets. It is optional and free for clients, runs on the web and as a Windows and Mac app, and staff logins see only the pages their role needs.

Clients can also switch on Accounting, chargeback handling, Upgraded Analytics, AI Customer Support and Neutral Tracking, and run every workspace from Claude or ChatGPT through the Kexlo MCP.
