Kexlo is not a middleman.

Kexlo is not a factory, and not a reseller marking up other companies' products. We do the sourcing, design, registrations, storage and fulfillment ourselves, and direct production at the factory as your sourcing agent. Your contract for these services is with Kexlo, not a third party. This page sets out exactly what we do, the optional software we build, how we protect your data and how working with us goes.

Why we publish our prices

Many fulfillment providers don't publish their prices. They quote case by case, so what a client pays can depend on order volume and on how much the client already knows about shipping costs.

One price list for every client

Kexlo publishes the same all-in rates for everyone: no volume tiers, no negotiated discounts and no hidden fees. The price you see here is the price on your first order.

What Kexlo does itself, and where it directs operations

Kexlo is not a factory, and it is not a reseller marking up other companies' products. It does most of the work itself and directs production at the factory.

Kexlo provides these itself: in-house work, software Kexlo builds, and contracts that are with Kexlo, not a third party.

  • Product design

    Your idea developed into a product a factory can make: materials, finishes and specifications.

  • Sourcing

    Kexlo's own sourcing team acts as your sourcing agent: it finds, vets and quotes manufacturers. The sourcing labour is ours, not outsourced.

  • GTIN / barcode registration

    We register your product barcodes (GTINs) so your products are ready for stores and marketplaces.

  • FDA registration support

    We handle your FDA facility and product registrations where your product needs them.

  • VAT registration

    We handle your VAT registration for the markets you sell into.

  • Fulfillment

    Your fulfillment contract is with Kexlo, not a third party. Kexlo runs receiving, storage by SKU, pick and pack, shipping and tracking, and answers to you for all of it.

  • The six workspaces

    Fulfillment, Accounting, ACR for chargebacks, Upgraded Analytics, AI Customer Support and Neutral Tracking (with after-sales banner ads on the tracking page), built by Kexlo. Optional; Neutral Tracking includes 500 parcels a month free.

Here Kexlo is the director of operations: it runs the work and answers to you for it.

  • Manufacturing

    Production happens at the factory. As your sourcing agent, Kexlo directs it: the quotation you approve, samples, production follow-through and receiving the finished goods into stock. Factory pricing is passed to you without hidden margin or profit added on manufacturing.

  • Your own manufacturer

    Already have a factory and your own inventory? Keep them. Kexlo receives, stores and fulfills your stock like any other, and can coordinate your factory if you want.

  • Delivery to your customer

    Parcels travel on established international and local delivery networks. Kexlo books, labels and tracks every parcel, and your all-in price includes duties, taxes and customs clearance.

Software built in-house, connected directly

The platform is optional and free for Kexlo clients: you can use Kexlo's sourcing and fulfillment alone and keep your existing tools. It is written by Kexlo, not resold or white-labelled. Because it is ours, it connects directly to the systems our operations run on: warehouse order and stock data, shipment tracking events, your store, your ad account and your bank feed. That direct access lets it automate work that a separate app, sitting outside the operation, cannot see.

Neutral Tracking page and API

Tracking events come straight from the shipment record. Every order gets your own tracking code, written to Shopify right after fulfillment; customers follow it on a clean tracking page or, through the tracking API, in your own site's design: simple progress with a day count, the local courier's scans once it has the parcel, the items, the courier's contact after delivery, an address shown only after a phone check, and optional after-sales banner ads for one of your products the customer has not bought yet. Customs declarations are always accurate and the country of origin is never misrepresented.

AI Fulfillment Agent

Checks orders before they go out: fills in a missing province or postcode, picks each product's shipping line and a backup by your preference, and pre-checks orders waiting for stock. A fix that does not pass the recheck is undone. It never books, charges or refunds on its own.

Chargeback evidence packets

When a customer disputes a payment, ACR gathers the order, the product description, your store policies, the tracking history and the matching support emails into copy-ready answers and one PDF evidence packet. You review it and submit.

Accounting from your real data

Store sales and refunds, ad spend, bank transactions, payment fees and your product and fulfillment costs, laid out as a monthly profit and loss. It only reads your accounts and never moves money.

Kexlo MCP

Optional: connect Claude or ChatGPT and run every workspace and action from your assistant, with keys that carry only the permissions you grant and that you can revoke at any time.

One price source

The public shipping calculator quotes from the same rates as the fulfillment calculator in the client dashboard, so you can check prices before you sign up.

Sealed credentials

Tokens and passwords you give us to connect integrations and mailboxes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored.

Per-client isolation

Database row-level security keeps each client's records readable only by that client's own logins.

Scoped, logged AI keys

MCP keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes, can do only what you allow, can be revoked at any time, and every action they take is logged.

Least-privilege staff access

Staff logins see only what their role allows, and changes made from an owner view are recorded in an audit trail.

A zero-server preview

The Explore preview shows every client page with no account, no session and no data: it is static and never touches client records.

Rate-limited public tools

The public shipping calculator answers only same-origin browser requests with a signed form token, under per-visitor and global rate limits, and stores IP addresses only as hashes.

Your accounts stay yours

Every connection is optional, asks only for what its workspace needs, and can be disconnected at any time. Kexlo never asks for your logins, or for admin or owner access, to your bank or ad accounts.

Shopify

Scoped to what fulfillment needs: products, orders, inventory, store locations and fulfillment orders. Read-only access to Shopify Payments payouts and disputes is added only if you switch on Accounting or ACR.

Meta Ads

A token with the read-only ads_read permission and view-performance access to the ad account you choose. Kexlo never edits a campaign.

Mercury

A read-only API token for the accounts you choose. Kexlo can read transactions and never moves money.

Loop and support email

Loop reads subscriptions and orders, and pauses or cancels only when your customer asks. Email uses an app password, not your login, and never deletes or moves mail.

Kexlo MCP keys

Each key carries only the permissions you grant, expires, can be revoked at any time, and every action it takes is logged.

Sealed and removable

Tokens and passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. Disconnect any integration in Settings whenever you like.

    Tell us the product, quantities and markets. We quote unit cost, MOQ and lead time in writing. Shipping prices are the all-in rates in the public calculator.

    Approval and agreement

    You approve the quotation. Clients who buy sourcing, manufacturing, storage or fulfillment also sign a service agreement with Kexlo, which governs those services.

  3. 03

    Production

    Kexlo directs production at the factory you approved, or coordinates your own manufacturer, through to finished goods.

  4. 04

    Receiving

    Finished goods are received into inventory and counted by SKU, with stock levels in your dashboard.

  5. 05

    Fulfillment

    Orders arrive from your store, are checked against stock and your account credit, then picked, packed and shipped, with tracking written back to your store.

Where does Kexlo operate?

Kexlo operates in China, close to where products are made, and ships to customers worldwide. Kexlo ships from 4 warehouses in China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu and Hangzhou), plus partner warehouses in the UK, the US and Australia. Our clients sell mainly on Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify. Orders come in automatically from Shopify. The shipping calculator lists every destination with a published all-in price.

How do contracts and payments work with Kexlo?

You approve a written quotation before anything is produced or shipped. Clients who buy sourcing, manufacturing, storage or fulfillment sign a service agreement with Kexlo itself, not a third party, and that agreement sets the governing law and the place for resolving disputes. Fulfillment is paid from a prepaid account balance that you top up by bank wire, so Kexlo never needs access to your bank account. Your balance, activity and monthly statements are in your dashboard.

Do I have to use Kexlo's software?

No. The workspaces, integrations, AI employees and the Kexlo MCP are optional additions for Kexlo clients, not requirements. You can use Kexlo for sourcing or fulfillment alone and keep your existing tools. Every integration can be disconnected at any time, and no connection gives Kexlo admin or owner access to your bank or ad accounts.

What does Kexlo build in-house?
