Kexlo takes that side of the business on as one team: from the first sample to the parcel at the customer's door, with every step visible in one dashboard. You keep the commercial decisions; we run everything in between.

Kexlo is not a factory, and it is not a reseller marking up other companies' products. Product design, sourcing, GTIN / barcode registration, FDA registration support, VAT registration, storage, fulfillment, the six workspaces and the AI employees are provided by Kexlo itself, and your contract for them is with Kexlo, not a third party.

Manufacturing works one of two ways. Kexlo acts as your sourcing agent: we find, vet and quote factories and direct production from the quotation you approve to finished goods received into stock, and factory pricing is passed to you without hidden margin or profit added on manufacturing. Or you keep your own manufacturer and your own inventory, and Kexlo receives, stores and fulfills it.

The Kexlo platform is written in-house, not resold or white-labelled. That matters because it connects directly to the data our operations run on: warehouse order and stock records, shipment tracking events, your store, your ad account and your bank feed.

Direct access is what lets Kexlo automate more: an AI fulfillment agent that checks orders before they go out, chargeback evidence packets assembled from your orders, tracking and support emails, and accounting built from your real sales, ad spend and bank data. You can run all of it from Claude or ChatGPT through the Kexlo MCP.

All of it is optional and free for Kexlo clients, not a requirement. You can use Kexlo's sourcing or fulfillment alone and keep your existing tools, switch on only the workspaces you want, and disconnect any integration at any time.
