Kexlo's China fulfillment service stores your products by SKU in its warehouses in China and ships each order directly to your customer worldwide. Orders arrive from your store automatically, are quality-checked, picked and packed, and ship at one all-in DDP price with your own tracking code written back to the order.
How does China fulfillment work with Kexlo?
Finished goods are received into inventory, checked and counted by SKU, with stock levels in your dashboard. When a customer orders, the order arrives from your store on its own, is checked against stock and your account credit, then picked, packed and shipped. Tracking is written back to your store right after fulfillment.
Kexlo ships from 4 warehouses in China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu and Hangzhou). Kexlo handles about 11,300 orders a month on average.

How much does fulfillment from China cost?
One all-in DDP price per order covers pick and pack, shipping, duties, taxes, customs clearance, final-mile delivery and tracking, with the same published rates for every client and no volume tiers or negotiated discounts. Pick and pack is included, so there is no separate fulfillment fee on top of the shipping price.
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid: import duties and taxes are paid before the parcel arrives and nothing is collected from your customer at the door. Enter the packed weight, the box size and the product category in the shipping calculator to see the price per order, or open the full rate table.
What do customers see when they track an order?
Your brand. With Neutral Tracking every order gets your own tracking code with your prefix, and customers follow it on a clean tracking page your store links to, or the tracking API brings the same view into your own site. They see simple progress with a count of days on the way and what they ordered, and the page can carry an after-sales banner ad for one of your products they have not bought yet.
Customs declarations are always accurate and the country of origin is never misrepresented.
What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged?
Orders are quality-checked before they ship. A lost parcel is reshipped free of charge, automatically. Every package is insured up to US$600 against damage or destruction. Every parcel is booked, labelled and tracked by Kexlo, and your team follows each one inside the dashboard.
Can Kexlo ship cosmetics, supplements or electronics?
Yes, to most destinations. Choose the category in the shipping calculator: cosmetics and skincare, supplements and electronics with batteries travel on lines approved for them, and the result tells you when a category needs product approval before its first shipment.

Where does Kexlo store my inventory?
Kexlo ships from 4 warehouses in China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu and Hangzhou). Goods are received, checked and held by SKU, with stock levels in your dashboard.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
Yes. Every price is DDP: import duties and taxes due at the border are included and paid before delivery, so your customer is never asked to pay anything when the parcel arrives.
Do larger customers get different rates?
No. Every Kexlo client pays the same published rates, with no volume tiers and no negotiated pricing, so the price in the calculator is the price from your first order.
Can I send stock from my own manufacturer?
Yes. Keep the manufacturer you already use and have your stock received into Kexlo inventory by SKU. Orders are fulfilled and priced the same way.
Which stores send orders automatically?
Shopify orders arrive in Kexlo automatically and tracking is written back to each one. For a one-off parcel, you can create an order in the dashboard, checked against stock and credit first.
