What do Kexlo's AI employees do?
Each one works inside a Kexlo workspace, directly on your store, shipment, support, ad and bank data. Each is optional: switch on only the ones you want.

How are AI employee actions kept safe?
Every AI employee works within fixed limits. The AI Fulfillment Agent never books, charges or refunds on its own, and a fix that does not pass the recheck is undone. AI Customer Support only confirms a change once it has actually gone through, and refunds that need approval go to a person on your team.
The Auto Chargeback Resolver never submits a dispute on its own: you review the packet and submit. Automated Accounting only reads your accounts and never moves money.
Who checks the work, people or AI?
Both. AI employees work around the clock, every day of the year, and people are on standby, including weekends and holidays, for anything that needs a human. In AI Customer Support, refunds that need approval and conversations that run long go to a person on your team.
Can I run Kexlo from my own AI assistant?
Yes, optionally. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to the Kexlo MCP and it can manage every integration and take every action across the six workspaces, without you opening the dashboard.
Each MCP key carries only the permissions you grant, expires, can be revoked at any time, and is stored only as a SHA-256 hash. Every action a key takes is logged.
How much do AI employees cost?
AI employees are included free for clients for fair, non-excessive use. Heavy use beyond that is billed at cost, with nothing added. The workspaces they work in are optional and free for clients, and none of them is required to use Kexlo's sourcing or fulfillment.
Automation also keeps Kexlo's own running costs down, and the savings are passed on to you.
