Kexlo develops the design, finds and vets the factory, directs production, makes your branding and packaging, registers your barcodes, handles FDA and VAT registrations where needed, then stores the finished goods and ships every order worldwide.
What is private label manufacturing?
Private label means selling a product under your own brand, made to your specification, instead of reselling someone else's. You own the brand and the product; the factory makes it to your order.
Kexlo is not the factory and not a reseller. It designs, sources and registers in-house and directs production at the factory as your sourcing agent, and your contract for these services is with Kexlo.

How is manufacturing directed?
Kexlo finds, vets and quotes the right factory and directs production from the quotation you approve to finished goods received into inventory and counted by SKU. Factory pricing is passed to you without hidden margin or profit added on manufacturing.
Already working with a manufacturer? Keep it. Kexlo receives, stores and fulfills your stock, and can coordinate your factory if you want.
What makes a private label product ready to sell?
A product needs more than a factory to reach a shelf. Kexlo registers your product barcodes (GTINs) so it is ready to list in stores and marketplaces, handles your FDA facility and product registrations where your product needs them, and handles your VAT registration for the markets you sell into.
What happens once the stock is made?
Finished goods are stored by SKU in China and every order is picked, packed and shipped worldwide with your own tracking code. One all-in DDP price per order covers pick and pack, shipping, duties, taxes, customs clearance, final-mile delivery and tracking, with the same published rates for every client and no volume tiers or negotiated discounts. Orders are quality-checked before they ship. A lost parcel is reshipped free of charge, automatically. Every package is insured up to US$600 against damage or destruction.

How does your brand show after the parcel ships?
With Neutral Tracking every order gets your own tracking code with your prefix, and customers follow it on a clean tracking page in your store's name, or on your own site through the tracking API. The page can carry an after-sales banner ad for one of your products the customer has not bought yet, so tracking checks become a chance to sell.
Customs declarations are always accurate and the country of origin is never misrepresented.

Do I own the brand and the product?
Yes. The product is made to your specification and sold under your brand. Kexlo designs, sources, directs production, registers, stores and ships it for you.
Can I start with samples?
Samples and pilot orders are welcome and encouraged, so you can check quality before you scale. Nothing is produced or shipped until you approve a written quotation.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product and the manufacturer. Every quotation states the MOQ, unit cost and lead time before you approve anything.
Can Kexlo make custom packaging?
Yes. Custom branding and packaging is part of the service: your logo, inserts and packaging, made to order.
Can I use my own factory for a private label product?
Yes. Keep your own manufacturer and inventory: Kexlo receives, stores and fulfills your stock, can coordinate your factory if you want, and still handles registrations and packaging where you need them.
