The order
The order and its fulfillment records from your Shopify store.
Chargebacks
Kexlo's chargeback management is ACR, a free workspace for Kexlo clients. When a Shopify customer disputes a payment, ACR opens a case and gathers the order, product description, store policies, tracking history and matching support emails into copy-ready answers and one PDF evidence packet, with deadlines tracked. You review it and submit.
Each dispute arrives with its records already gathered. The Auto Chargeback Resolver, an AI employee, opens a case and collects the evidence a dispute needs, then turns it into copy-ready answers and one PDF evidence packet.
You review the packet and submit it. It never submits a dispute on its own.
The order and its fulfillment records from your Shopify store.
The product description and your store policies.
The parcel's carrier scan history, added to the evidence.
The matching emails from your support inbox.
Many disputes turn on whether the order arrived and what the customer was told. Because Kexlo ships the orders itself and its software is built in-house, ACR reads the fulfillment record and the tracking history directly instead of asking you to find them.
Your support emails sit next to them, so the packet shows the order, the delivery and the conversation together.
Every case carries its deadline, tracked for you in the workspace, so a dispute does not expire unanswered while you are busy elsewhere. The packet is ready to review as soon as the case opens.
Read-only access to Shopify Payments disputes and payouts, added to your store connection only if you switch ACR on, plus your support inbox through an app password, not your login. The mailbox connection reads and replies, and never deletes or moves mail.
Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.
Your support inbox is connected once and shared by the workspaces that need it. AI Customer Support answers customers from it, and ACR gathers the same correspondence as evidence when a dispute arrives, so what the customer was told is already in the packet.
The parcel's carrier scan history is added the same way, from the tracking your team already sees in the dashboard.
You do, or anyone on your team you give a staff login with the right pages. AI employees work around the clock with people on standby, including weekends and holidays, and you can also work on cases from Claude or ChatGPT through the Kexlo MCP, with keys that carry only the permissions you grant.
No. ACR prepares copy-ready answers and one PDF evidence packet. You review it and submit; it never submits a dispute on its own.

Yes. Because Kexlo ships the orders itself, the fulfillment record and the parcel's tracking history are already in the evidence when a dispute arrives, with nothing to look up or copy across.
Shopify stores. Disputes arrive with their order and fulfillment records attached through your store connection.
ACR is free for Kexlo clients, and the Auto Chargeback Resolver is included free for fair use. It stays off until you switch it on.
